Over the last 2 decades we have provided a variety of innovative solutions that enhance the capability of Maximo, extend the platform, and further automate our customer’s business processes.

• e-Services for Procurement: includes Supplier Registration, supplier Pre-qualification, Integration to Market Place / e-Sourcing, e-Bidding, e-Tendering, and e-Invoicing.
• e-SPIR: provides a portal consultants and contractors to provide asset data, specifications, spare parts list, job plans, preventive maintenance schedules…etc., and allow for our customer to review, approve, and finally add these data objects to their Maximo systems.
• Graphical HSE: this solution adds graphical map capability for Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) so that permits can be shown against customer’s plot plans or maps. In addition, this solution adds graphical risk matrices to the risk assessment application, and provides for graphical process flows within the permit and other HSE applications.
• Max/Max API: this solution allows for multiple instance of the same Maximo to operate in temporary disconnected or low bandwidth environments while maintaining synchronization of data and attached documents.
• Financial appropriation / budget requests applications.
• ICMR: Item Creation and Modification Request: provides for all types of catalog creation and amendments including duplicate checking, and approval workflows.
• Acquisition Plan: a module for corporate asset acquisition planning done annually or semi-annually. Automation provided includes creation of procurement requests upon approval of the acquisition plan.
• As an experienced systems integrator, we also provide custom API’s to various products including all favors of ERP (from the ancient to the modern), BMS systems, SCADA Systems, planning and scheduling packages, DCS systems, CTI systems, information brokers, and much more.
